Please remember that event photography is a courtesy and a privilege for our participants and their families. By viewing any event gallery, you agree to the terms listed below.

COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS WILL BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY
– It is illegal to screenshot, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Chelsea Moser Design & Photography. Those found to be using non-purchased and/or screenshot images will be blacklisted and fined $150 per image.

– Purchased images will have the watermark removed and will be emailed to you after purchase. Images purchased digitally by you are given with a print release which allows you, the client, to duplicate images for personal use only and may not be edited or altered.

– No reproductions of the images for commercial use or for photographic competition or display or circumvent the sale of images by the Photographer. No scanning/photographing of purchased prints is allowed. Digital files must be purchased in order to make your own copies/prints/online posts

– Chelsea Moser Design & Photography retains the copyright to all images.
